Financial Agreement (Fees and Tuition)
Tuition costs and registration fees are found in the chart below. Tuition for K-5th is due by the 5th of each month beginning in August and ending in April. Preschool tuition will be collected September through May, due by the 5th of each month. Checks are to be made payable to: Leatherwood Church. Please write the student's name and grade level on the memo line.

K - 5th $450/Month = $4050/Year

K - 5th $125 First Child

*An individual family’s total registration fee will not exceed $300.
*Registration fees are used to purchase individual supplies and workbooks for the coming year.
*Tuition is due, in full, by the 5th. There will be a $15 fee for every 7 days the tuition is delinquent. By the 12th, the 19th and the 26th.
*In the event that a tuition check is returned by the bank, the following will occur:
First check return – you will be notified and given one week to make payment plus pay the bank's returned check charge to the school.
Second check return – you will be notified and required to pay tuition in cash for the remainder of the year and pay a $30 returned check fee to the school.
*If you would prefer to pay over a 12 month period instead of 9, you can sign up for a payment plan. Total annual tuition for all children will be divided by 12 and monthly payments will start in June. There will be a $5 monthly charge per child for this option.
*Because our only income is from tuition, we ask that you make a serious commitment for the entire school year when enrolling your child. Exceptions to this policy will be for medical and relocation. Any other extenuating circumstances will be considered on a case by case basis. If not approved, you will be responsible for the remaining tuition amount for the year.
